Returns & Refund Policy
Any return is subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unused.
Orders which are cut/made to measure to your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded.
Perishable products such as post mix/postcrete will not be replaced or refunded.
All other refunds will be subject to a 20% handling fee and will require a valid receipt, these must also be made within 21 days of the product being originally purchased .
We reserve the right to refuse a return, and to also ask for proof of identification.
If the product you purchased is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
Due to the nature of timber products they may split, twist and warp in dry warm weather. We are unable to replace these items as it’s not a default with the product or manufacture process.
We will accept items that are Undamaged, Unopened and in a resalable condition for exchange or refund. There may be a restock & handling fee. If you need to have your items collected then we will have to charge for this at the current delivery charge for your area.
We will exchange or refund items that are defected excluding delivery charges.
Deliveries
All Deliveries are Kerb side ONLY; we are unable to carry items through your house. Please make sure that there is good access and space for our delivery van/lorry to unload safely. If your delivery contains heavy items (Concrete post ect..), we may need to send a second man to unload, there will be an additional charge for this. If there is someone available to help lift and we don’t need to send an extra man there will be no additional charge.
The delivery driver will try to deliver as close to your desired delivery point as they can. However if they believe that it is unsafe or unsuitable they may not deliver it their. We will supply you with a time slot for delivery, these are AM (0800-1200) and PM (1200-1600). We cannot give a specific time or the time slot. We will contact you if we are running late or are able to deliver earlier with an ETA or a new delivery day.
We are unable to take “Cash on Delivery”. All sales need to be paid for in full before delivery, If payment is not received before we will be unable to deliver. All items remain the property of Harlow Fencing Ltd until full payment is received. Our drivers do not carry cash on their persons.
Any shortages or faulty products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
This does not affect you statutory rights.
