Local Delivery from Our Harlow Store
Our local delivery service is suitable for larger and heavier products that will not fit safely in a car or van. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery area, order size and vehicle required.

Important: Deliveries Are Kerbside Only
Deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address. Our drivers cannot carry products through houses, garages or gardens.
Please make sure there is enough space for our delivery vehicle to stop and unload safely. Tell us about restricted access, narrow roads, parked vehicles or other obstacles before delivery.

Delivery Area and Charges
Local delivery starts from £27, with the final charge depending on the delivery postcode, order size and the vehicle required.
Enter your postcode during checkout to see the delivery options available for your address. Larger orders, restricted-access locations and deliveries further from our Harlow store may cost more.
Please contact our team before ordering if:
- Your address has restricted or narrow access
- A large vehicle cannot stop safely nearby
- Your order contains particularly heavy or oversized products
- You are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode
We do not currently offer international delivery. Selected smaller and parcel-sized products may be available for delivery across mainland UK.
Delivery & Collection Questions
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times depend on product availability, your location and the type of vehicle required. We will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements once your order has been processed. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days of your order, subject to product availability and delivery scheduling.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Someone should normally be available to accept the delivery and confirm a safe unloading point. Contact us in advance if this may not be possible.
Can the driver carry products into my garden?
No. Deliveries are kerbside only and are made to the nearest safe and accessible unloading point. Our drivers cannot carry materials through houses, garages or gardens. Our drivers will always try to be as accommodating as possible.
What happens if access is restricted?
Please tell us about narrow roads, height restrictions, parked vehicles, gates or other access problems before delivery. We may need to use a different vehicle or agree an alternative unloading point.
How will I know when my collection is ready?
We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to the store.
Can you help load my vehicle?
Our team can help load your order where practical, but you are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle and securing the products safely before leaving.
Which products qualify for nationwide delivery?
Nationwide delivery is available on selected smaller and parcel-sized products. Availability will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
